The Kerala banking system consists of 27 public sector banks, 16 private 5 foreign 1 RRB - Gramin Bank and 3 co-operative in addition to cooperative credit institutions. Reserve India statistics SLBC-Kerala Report-2017 indicates that Indian has been reached at every corner Kerala, also increases the deposits, credits accounts. At present sectors are giving different types savings bank account with unique features focusing on financial class customers, age group women salaried peoples, business man etc., they charge type fees services. These offerings a part inclusion. Report State Financial Inclusion Kerala-2016 by Tara Nair Devanshi Patani, concludes state have complete literacy rate, hence peoples widely understood importance trusting sector. shows much limited savings. In this context study is examining value due diligence exhibited customer institution. focused identification parade for identifying their own reading its key only, reason right wrong made awareness about services, charges, limit usage. summary findings, conclusion recommendation will be strengthen performance inclusion, sector, helpful update inclusion plan accomplish aim literacy.
